What are Transistors Configurations?
Generally, there are three kinds of
configurations, and their descriptions with recognition to gain are as follows:
Common Base (CB) Configuration: It has no
present-day benefit but has a voltage advantage.
Common Collector (CC) Configuration: It has
contemporary benefits but no voltage advantage.
Common Emitter (CE) Configuration has
present-day benefits and voltage advantages.
Transistor Common Base (CB)
Configuration:
In this circuit, the base is not unusual
for entering and outputting. It has a low enter impedance (50-500 ohms). On the
other hand, it has high output resistance (1-10 mega ohms)—voltages measured
with appreciation to base terminals. So, enter voltage and cutting-edge could
be Vbe & Ie, and the output voltage and current will be Vcb & Ic.
Current Gain could be less than team spirit,
i.E., alpha(dc)= Ic/Ie
Voltage gain might be high.
Power advantage could be shared.
Transistor Common Emitter (CE)
Configuration:
In this circuit, the emitter is not unusual
for each input and output. The enter signal is implemented between the base and
emitter, and the output signal is executed between the collector and emitter. Vbb
& Vcc are the voltages. It has excessive input impedance i.E., (500-5000
ohms). On the other hand, it has low output resistance i.E., (50-500 kilo
ohms).
Current Gain could be excessive(ninety
eight) i.E., beta(dc) =Ic/Ie
The power advantage is up to 37db.
Output could be a hundred and eighty levels
out of phase.
Transistor Common Collector Configuration:
In this circuit, the collector is not
unusual for each entry and output. This is likewise called emitter follower. It
has excessive input impedance (150-600 kilo ohms). On the other hand, it has a low
output impedance(one hundred-a thousand ohms).
The current advantage could be
excessive(ninety-nine).
Voltage benefit will be much less than
solidarity.
Power gain could be shared.
Field Effect Transistor (FET):
Field Effect Transistor contains three areas:
a supply, gate, and drain. They are termed voltage-managed devices as they
manipulate the level of voltage. The externally implemented electric subject
